Andy Guest/ Shenandoah River State Park is on Rt. 340 8 miles South of Front Royal, VA. The Park has 1600 plus acres of ecologically diverse rolling hills and fields. There are 5.6 miles of frontage along the South Fork of the Shenandoah River – wonderful water for canoeing, kayaking and fishing. There are 24 miles of trails, many of which are multi-use. Tent and RV camping, as well as 11 cabins are available for overnight visitors.
